Oh no! It’s that time again! Your school wants your class to deliver a performance with costumes and all the children have to look adorable and speak ‘perfect’ English. Then to make matters worse, you may well be short of time what with the curriculum to finish and exams to prepare for. Where on earth do you start? Well, help is at hand ……………………
On this course, you will learn how to do the following:
- Examine the benefits of performing a school play and how to fit it into your timetable
- Choose a suitable play for your class and how to cast your characters
- Help your students to learn their lines for the performance using simple memorisation techniques
- Rehearse your students for the final production and learn how to prepare the class for the ‘big night’

A Certificate of Attendanceis issued at the end of all our courses, except for CELTA and TKT because the certificates are issued by Cambridge ESOL.
In order for British Side certificates to be issued, the following criteria apply:
On 12-hour courses, certificates will only be issued to those attending 75% of the course, i.e. 9 hours
On 30-hour courses, certificates will only be issued to those attending 80% of the course, i.e. 24 hours
On 60-hour courses, graded certificates will only be issued to those attending 80% of the course, i.e. 48 hours
